Spending time building a trusting relationship is a priority for Dr Isobel Nicklin, enabling her to provide her patients relaxed and pain free treatments. She has an aptitude for treating anxious patients, making them feel at ease. Her interests lie in minimally invasive dentistry, she has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with children.

Isobel graduated from Cardiff University with first class Honours and won the award for best case presentation. During this case, Isobel worked with a young woman suffering from anxiety with a history of substance misuse. Isobel’s dental work gave the patient her smile back which provided her with the confidence to begin socialising with her friends and family again. Isobel’s holistic approach to patient care alongside her ability to provide aesthetic pain-free dentistry won her the award.

Outside of dentistry Isobel is a keen runner, cyclist and sings with a choral society.
